Sarah Kapustin’s musical activities have taken her
across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia in
performances as both soloist and chamber
musician. Born in 1981 in Milwaukee, WI, she has
performed with such orchestras as the Milwaukee
Symphony Orchestra, Juilliard Symphony, Pasadena
Symphony,
and the Vogtland Philharmonie. Sarah has received

Paris and Mexico City’s Sala Nezahualcoyotl,
and has participated in masterclasses with
Joshua Bell, Midori, Leonidas Kavakos and
William Preucil.
Misha Dichter proclaimed Jeannette Koekkoek
“a fireball, a natural pianist.” Fulfilling her
vision and flare for collaborative relationships,
Jeannette Koekkoek founded the Netherlands
Piano Quartet, the Sagee Piano Trio, the
Trompenberg Ensemble, and the Koekkoek-
Schatborn Duo.
Jeannette Koekkoek’s depth and range as an
artist is extended to her commitment to
teach: “I want to challenge students to
stimulate self-knowledge and artistic truth.
From the recognition and acceptance of who
they are, they can grow to a higher level
as a musician and person.” Pedagogical
experiences include those at the Amsterdam
Conservatory, the New England Conservatory,
The New World School of the Arts, and the
Indiana University Summer String Academy.
