Processing lines
In addition to the extremely extensive processing of metal sheets, we
have at our disposal various processing lines which are also extremely
interesting for the construction of machinery and plant equipment when
stainless steel is involved. With our high-speed eccentric and hydraulic
presses we can produce punched, bent and embossed parts from slit
strips precisely and quickly up to material thicknesses of 5 mm. Benefit
from our many years of experience in the field of tool-intensive processing
of stainless steel with follow-on tools.
Profile bending

Using a new ultra-modern CNC
controlled profile bending machine
we can repeat the bending or also
straightening of tubular or full profiles
with absolute accuracy. Particularly
squared and rectangular tubing but
also C-profiles can be quickly and
inexpensively formed to attain the
required radius. In the case of round
cross-sections a tool specially adapted
to the diameter is needed to counteract
the risk of torsional twisting.
Should we not have any suitable tools
in production, these can be procured
relatively quickly. As a rule, the most
common round steel and tubular
diameters are available as a tool at the
machine manufacturer's. In the case

a profile height of 300 mm. With full
material a profile diameter of up to
60 mm is possible and with tubes up
to an external diameter of 114 mm.

finishing of special and series components in machinery and plant construction.
