1. Olympic Games 1908. Winner‘s Medals + Diploma.<br />

Winner‘s medal, participation medal and diploma issued<br />

to Charles MacIver for 2nd place in the 12m Yachting:<br />

1.Silver Medal . „Olympic Games London“. Silver, 19<br />

grammes, size 3.3 cm. 2. Respective diploma: „To Charles<br />

MacIver Winner of secound Prize for 12 metre Yachting<br />

at the Olympic Games London 1908“. Framed, copper<br />

plate print, size 52x43.5cm. 3. 3) Offi cal silver paticipation<br />

medal „In Commemoration of the Olympic Games<br />

held in London 1908“. From B.Mackennal. Bronze, silver<br />

plated, size 5 cm. Charles MacIver was helmsmann on<br />

the yacht and recived this medal in silver, the other<br />

crew members‘ medals were bronze, designed by B.<br />

Mackennal. The attractive medals have been framed in<br />

a typical carved wooden plaque frame of the period.<br />

Medals slightly tarnished.<br />

2. Olympic Games 1928 Collection Bronze Medal Winner.<br />

Original bronze medal from the British Annie Broadbent<br />

(Ladies Pentathalon Team Event) size 5.5 cm. Plus<br />

a collection of other items from the fi rst Games with female<br />

athletes from her estate including: 1. a participation<br />

medal in bronze, size 5.5cm. 2. Competitor‘s ID Card<br />

number 3692 with photo and signature, size 12,5x9cm.<br />

3. Three original cloth m/c embroidered badges, one<br />

taken from her competition dress size 14x11cm, one<br />

from a a team blazer „Olympic Games 1928 Gymnastics“<br />

in gold brockade, size 15x13 cm and a British team<br />

badge „Olympic Games 1928“, size 9x8cm. All badges<br />

were neatly removed by Broadbent. 4. 3 original b/w<br />

photos of the womens team at the Games with Annie<br />

Broadbent sizes 24x18cm to 13.5x8.5cm. 5. large<br />

framed photo of Broadbent from 1928 in offi cial costume<br />

with her Medals and Trophys including the Olympic<br />

Medals, size 32x22cm. 6. b/w photos of Annie Broadbent<br />

(most in offi cial outfi t. 7. 4 winner‘s medals from<br />

British Tornaments from 1927 to 1930cm, (3 National<br />

Titles from 1927-1930, 1 second place. bronze, each 2.5<br />

cm. 8. A collection of cloth badges and newspapercuttings<br />

and competition documents from Annie Broadbent.<br />

A wondefull collection fron the 1928 Olympic<br />

Medalist in a good, well kept conditon, only the photos<br />

and ID Card have small defects.<br />

3. Olympic Games Stockholm 1912. Bronze Medal. In<br />

original presentation case. Attractive iteml with relief<br />

antique Olympic scenes and lettering „Olympiska Spelen<br />

i Stockholm 1912“size 3.5cm, in excellent condition<br />

A, EF. Awarded for the 3rd prize. The original case with<br />

gold embossed lettering „Olympiska Spelen Stockholm<br />

1912 III Pris“ and Olympic motive shows small signs of<br />

usage, condition B.<br />

4. Winner‘s Medal: Olympic Games 1972 Munich. „XX<br />

Olympiade München 1972“ for 2nd place (not awarded),<br />

silver, with chain, (169 grammes), size 6.6cm no<br />

engraving on the rim of the medal. In original case<br />

(17x17x2,8cm) in plastic with printed Olympic emblem<br />

and original card sleeve with sticker on the rear. EF.<br />

5. Winner‘s Medal: Olympic Games 1980. Moscow. „XXII.<br />

Olympiade Moskau 1980“ for 3rd place winners. Designed<br />

by Illya Postol. Size 6cm with coloured ribbon, In<br />

original plastic case (12.5x12.5 cm). Not awarded.Box<br />

with small signs of usage.<br />

6. Olympic Games Lake Placid 1980. Winner‘s Medal. Silver<br />

2nd place medal 2.Platz bei den Olympischen Winterspielen<br />

1980 in Lake Placid. Randpunze „Tiff any & Co.<br />

Sterling Silver 1979“ 8 cm (Silber, 205 Gramm) ribbon is<br />

missing and there is no eyelet! In original case with damage<br />

and original carton with signs of usage, 2 stickers<br />

on the rear and hand-written „Luge doubles S“. Medal:<br />

EF. not awarded.<br />

7. Olympic Games 1900. Winner´s Medal Shooting. The<br />

front shows „Republic Francaise. Exposition Universelle<br />

Paris 1900“. The rear „Concours de Tir VIIme Concours<br />

national“ von „Vernon“. Bronze, silver plated. Awarded<br />

for the shooting competition during the Games which<br />

were a part of the 7th National Shooting Competition,<br />

international competitors being allowed to participate,<br />

the Games were a part of the World Trade Fair. Size<br />

4.3x6.1 cm, EF.<br />

8. Winner‘s Medal: Olympic Games 1900.. Silver Medal for<br />

Gymnastics: The front shows „Republic Francaise. Exposition<br />

Universelle Paris 1900“. The rear „XXVIeme Fete<br />

Federale de Gymnastic“ designed by „F.Vernon“. Bronze,<br />

silver plated. Size 4.3x6.1 cm. Slightly tarnished.<br />

9. Winner‘s Medal and Diploma: Olympic Games 1900..<br />

Gold Medal for physical exercise: The front shows „Republic<br />

Francaise. Exposition Universelle Paris 1900“.<br />

The rear „Exercices Physiques et sports“ designed by<br />

„F.Vernon“. Bronze, gold plated. Size 4.3x6.1cm. Plus the<br />

Winner‘s Diploma for the medal „Exposition Universelle<br />

de 1900“ with original signature of the „Délégue Général<br />

aux Concours d`Exercies phisiques et de Sports“.<br />

Size 27x21.5cm. Printed on original letterhead of the<br />

exhibition, thanking the competitor for his successful<br />

participation. Folded.<br />

From Wilfried Harry White (1904-1995,GB; Gold medal<br />

Horse Jumping Gand Prix Team OG 1952 + Bronze medal<br />

OG 1956. Includes lot numbers 11 to 27. If there is<br />

no single bid for the collection as a whole the lots will<br />

wood behind glass. With a stain near the signature of<br />

Avery Brundage, signature from OC President strongly<br />

faded. One of only 36 such diploma issued!!<br />

plaque from Wilfried Harry White‘s horse (1904-1995,<br />

GB) 4th place in horse jumping. Issued by the world<br />

Riding Association for the Games in Stockholm. Aluminium,<br />

with gerrn paint, Olympic Rings (in horseshoe<br />

form) and lettering „CHIO Stockholm 1936 „size<br />

17x14.5cm. Eyelet for hanging broken, shows signs of<br />

age and usage. Plus a visiting card from Nizefela his<br />

horse, size 11.5x10cm. Very rare!!<br />

25. Olympic Games Stockholm 1956 Participation Badge.<br />

From Wilfried Harry White (1904-1995, GB) 4th place in<br />

horse jumping. Issued by the world Riding Association<br />

for the Games in Stockholm. Bronze, gold plated, with<br />

blue and yellow enamel, Olympic Rings(in horseshoe<br />

form) and lettering „CHIO“size 3.5x3cm, with red silk<br />

rosette, size 5.5cm. There were only 158 participants in<br />

the equestrian events! Very rare!!<br />

26. Olympic Games 1952. Participation medal Helsinki. Issued<br />

to Wilfried Harry White (1904-1995,GB; Gold medal<br />

Horse Jumping Gand Prix Team OS 1952). Bronze,<br />

size 5.4cm. Excellent cond, EF.<br />

From Wilfried Harry White (1904-1995, GB) 4th place<br />

in horse jumping. Bronze, with lettering „XVI Olympiadens<br />

Ryttartavlingar Stockholm 1956“, size 5x4.1cm,<br />

with original cardboard box with the same emblem<br />

embossed in gold, box with pik padding with some<br />

small defects otw. In good condition. There were only<br />

158 participants in the equestrian events which makes<br />

this medal a very rare item!!<br />

Offi cial olympia diploma for a member of the Dutch<br />

NOC and of the OC of the Olympic Games 1928 „A.TH.<br />

G.Coblijn“. Black and gold. 51x72 cm. Signed by the Organising<br />

Committee President A.Schimmelpenninck<br />

and IOC President Baillet-Latour. One of the fi nest Plympic<br />

Diplomas in a beautiful art deco style. Typical frame<br />

of the period. Very rare!! EF.<br />

of the the bronze medal winners of the 4x200m relay<br />

swimmers: „XI.Olympiade Berlin 1936“. Ehrenurkunde.<br />

Ungarn. Dritter 4x200 m Staff elschwimmen“. Embossed<br />

motifs in gold leaf, with m/c lettering and Olympic<br />

Rings. With original signatures of the President of the<br />

OC Lewald and IOC President Baillet-Latour. Designed<br />

by Prof. Ernst Boehm, printes by Erasmusdruk, Berlin.<br />

Diploma size 40x28cm, in a 60x46cm passpartout.The<br />

bottom edge of the diploma has been cut and has a<br />

crease in the middle leaving small defects. Very impressive<br />

item!!<br />
