Step 3: *the Rehydra#on Cocktail<br />
Rehydrate the cells -‐ to restore <strong>and</strong> exp<strong>and</strong> cell membrane structure, intracellular<br />
scaffolding ,<strong>and</strong> func'on of all intracellular processes <strong>and</strong> membrane channel<br />
ac'vity <strong>and</strong> efficiency<br />
• *BioPure Matrix Electrolytes:<br />
2 tablespoon per 6oz cup. Use 2/3 rd water, 1/3 rd milk or milk-‐subs'tute: goat milk, nut<br />
milk, soy milk, protein powder drink. This helps the trans-‐membrane traffic of water.<br />
Add source of glucose <strong>for</strong> electrolyte transport across cell membrane -‐ to make nice<br />
