A robust wine with high alcohol content, obtained only from favourable vintages of a selection of<br />
Nebbiolo grapes estate grown on high terraces on the Italian / Swiss border. It is characterized<br />
by a burgundy red colour, intense and spicy bouquet, with clear notes of coffee, cocoa and<br />
roasted hazelnut.<br />
This is an elaborate wine, refl ecting terrier. It contains the complexities of the soil with raison<br />
nuances. It has hints of leather and wet cedar. Call the restaurant ahead of time to decant in<br />
advance as this wine needs to breathe.<br />
