Seva Kendra System for the<br />
benefit of citizens.<br />

Welfare Association had filed a<br />
writ plea in the Madurai bench<br />
of Madras High Court saying<br />
that travel agents were losing<br />
their livelihood because of the<br />
new system. In response to the<br />
plea, the Tiruchi Passport Officer<br />
