SENiOR DiSCOUNT: Our patrons 60 and older receive a
$2.00 discount off the regular single ticket price
(some performances excluded).
YOUTH TiCKETS: Applies to children age 12 and under. All
audience members, regardless of age, are required to have
a ticket and must be able to sit in their own seats. All youth
under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Performances presented in the Lewis Family Playhouse are
not recommended for children under the age of 3. Please
see descriptions of each show for age appropriateness.
Sorry, no babies in arms allowed and no strollers permitted
in the theatre.
gROUP DiSCOUNT: Flexible payment plans and
personalized service! Bring your group of 15 or more to the
Playhouse and receive a 15% discount. A deposit totaling
50% of the entire sale is required to reserve the seats and
we can arrange a flexible payment plan for the balance.
All tickets must be purchased at the same time to qualify
for discount. There must be at least 1 adult per group of
15 children. Call the Box Office at 909.477.2752 for more
information.
PaymeNt oPtIoNS
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, Checks made
payable to the City of Rancho Cucamonga, Victoria Gardens
gift cards and Lewis Family Playhouse Gift Certificates
accepted for all transactions. A nominal service charge of
$1.75 is already included in the listed price on all tickets
purchased. There are additional fees for online sales.
tICket PaymeNt PlaN
Provide a 25% deposit to reserve your Series, MainStreet or
Playhouse Package tickets and establish automatic monthly
installments on the 15th of each month to pay off your
balance by September 1, 2012! Tickets will not be
mailed until order is paid in full. Default on payment
will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of your
order, no refunds will be issued.
tICket delIvery
Tickets ordered by mail, phone, fax or online will be
mailed to you prior to the show, unless otherwise
requested. Ticket orders received one week or less
prior will be processed and tickets will be held at
Will Call. Stated prices include all service and mailing
fees. Please be prepared to show valid ID when
picking up Will Call tickets.
reFUNdS
The Lewis Family Playhouse does not offer refunds
except in the case of event cancellation or date
change by the Playhouse. Refunds can only be made
to the original purchaser.
exCHaNGeS
Tickets may be exchanged up to 72 hours prior to
a performance towards another performance or
issued a credit voucher which must be redeemed
for a performance in the same season. At the
conclusion of the season, all unredeemed credits will
be considered donations. Processing fee of $2.00 per
ticket applies. Sorry, no exchanges are available on
complimentary tickets or events that are presented
by private theatre renters which are not part of the
Lewis Family Playhouse presented season.
