goods and chattels rights and credits <strong>of</strong> the estate <strong>of</strong> <strong>John</strong> W. Higgason deceased; and thereupon the said<br />
William M. <strong>Stone</strong> and his securities <strong>John</strong> <strong>Baulch</strong> and William <strong>Baulch</strong> appeared in open Court and entered<br />
into and acknowledged their bond to the State <strong>of</strong> Tennessee in the penalty <strong>of</strong> One Thousand dollars,<br />
conditioned according to law and said W. M. <strong>Stone</strong> was duly qualified."<br />
