Wellness Opportunities<br />
<strong>Concordia</strong>, as well as the Fargo-<strong>Moorhead</strong> community, has a variety <strong>of</strong> opportunities to<br />
achieve your fitness goals . Whether you’re training for a triathlon or need to de-stress with<br />
friends, these programs and facilities accommodate all fitness levels!<br />
In Olson Forum, there is a cardio balcony and weight room that you can use for free! It opens early and<br />
closes late to ensure that you can find time that fits with your schedule . Every cardio machine has a personal<br />
TV, so grab your headphones and watch the news or your favorite show while you work out!<br />
There are also four multipurpose courts and an indoor track on campus . You can check out equipment<br />
(such as basketballs) at the desk in Olson Forum . So if you need to take a study break or are looking for a way<br />
to spend your afternoon, grab some buddies and hit the courts!<br />
Especially on those warm weather days, nothing feels better than a dip in the pool! Whether you’re a lap<br />
swimmer or just want to play water polo with friends, you can use the <strong>Concordia</strong> swimming pool .<br />
Involvement in Cobber Athletics is also a great way to work out as well as develop relationships with<br />
your teammates . <strong>Concordia</strong> has more than 22 men’s and women’s NCAA Division III teams . Check out<br />

If you want an opportunity for some fun competition, intramural sports is the place for you! <strong>Concordia</strong><br />
has 11 sports, including variations within flag football, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, bowling, swimming and<br />
basketball .<br />
<strong>Concordia</strong> also has a variety <strong>of</strong> club sports . From Swing Dance Club to Cheer Team, there’s sure to be a club<br />

If you want a workout and to have fun doing it, grab your friends for group fitness . Twice a month, Campus<br />
Entertainment Commission <strong>of</strong>fers group fitness sessions, such as Zumba or Cardio Kickboxing . Check out<br />
