Step 1
The new consultant completes a
registration form and sends it with a copy
of her ID to Harriet van der Bank at Home
Offi ce – e-mail: harriet@annique.com OR
fax: 012 345 9855. The new consultant pays
the registration fee of R144 and will then
receive an Annique membership number.
This unique number must be on all orders,
product complaints and correspondence
with Home Offi ce.
Step 2
After the NEW consultant has registered,
the fi rst order must be a kit order. The
kit is purchased at a 50% discount and if
the order is for R1500 or more, the new
consultant must remember to claim the
Annique Forever Young Bo-Serum 30ml,
as mentioned above.
Step 3
The next order for the new recruit will
be at a 25% discount, with a minimum
of R1500 per order to qualify for the free
delivery OR in specifi ed areas in Gauteng,
orders to the value of R500 or more will be
charged only R40 for delivery, depending
on your specifi c location. Check with
Customer Care to clarify the charges for
your delivery. Your Annique Forever

be sent with your next order, from
