Investment Advisory on the iPad
Comprehensive and Mobile
Bosch Software Innovations Presents its Prototype
Immenstaad – Bosch Software Innovations has developed a prototype for mobile
investment advisory services on the iPad platform. This mobile consulting
solution – the Touch Investment Advisory – means that relationship managers
can now offer their clients a structured, systematic, and interactive consulting
experience, regardless of where they are.
“Studies have shown that the quality of consulting services is under constant
scrutiny. Advice that is tailored to the individual client is critically important. Our
Touch Investment Advisory supports bankers who want to provide their clients
with the best possible investment advice,” explained Klaus Hüftle, head of sales
at Bosch Software Innovations. Whether at the bank or on the road, relationship
managers can always have the information they need at their fingertips.
The iPads are completely integrated into the enterprise’s existing infrastructure.
So client data is entered on the move and administered centrally. Security is
designed in such a way that, among other safeguards, data is captured locally
offline on the iPad and encrypted for online use over communications channels.
Moreover, user profiles require authentication and authorization to ensure that
sensitive client data is protected.
The entire investment advisory process can be visualized on the iPad. Clients are
guided first through the process of creating a profile and evaluating their risk
tolerance. Based on investment goals, experience, and affinity for risk, suggested
investment strategies are then created. The effects of strategy adjustments can
be simulated as well.
Classic CRM functionalities, such as contact management and calendar, should
be available for use on the iPad by the end of the year.
