Are you interested in becoming a volunteer for
Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services? We are
looking for bighearted individuals who are willing to
go the extra mile for people with terminal illness and
their family members.
When you become a volunteer, you help to improve the
quality of life for our patients and families. Aspirus Angels
share with others their capacity for giving and their helping
spirit.
Based upon your interests, some of the activities you could
take part in as an Aspirus Angel include: office work,
visiting with patients, helping with housework, walking with
patients, reading and playing games, bereavement calling
from your own home, music, quilting, gardening, cooking,
baking – the possibilities are endless! We have volunteer
opportunities for you that directly or indirectly benefit our
patients.
Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services
and Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum
present this special time for children, teens,
and families coping with the death of a loved
one. We will create a memorial candleholder
using various art supplies. Bring in a photo,
small memento or knickknack of a loved one
to incorporate into the candleholder.
Volunteer gardeners at Hospice House
Enjoy a journey that puts you close to patients who
cherish each and every moment you spend with them.
You will truly reward yourself when you volunteer for
Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services.
