of your Chief Security Officer, Mr William Sim.<br />
I was at the club one afternoon and I left my iPad at the Gym without realizing<br />
until I got home. I visited the club again the next morning to trace my path<br />
and to locate my lost iPad.<br />
A security staff referred me to Mr. William Sim, he promptly took down the<br />
details and assisted to locate my iPad at the places I have visited. Soon, it was<br />
located and returned to me.<br />
I congratulate you and your club for having such a dedicated and effective<br />
staff and also wish to commend the excellent service from the OCC Security<br />
team which would be a reflection of William’s strong leadership.<br />

Already in my 50s, I have always been looking<br />
for ways to get fitter and I happened to come across a notice<br />
about a Taekwondo class in the OCC club magazine. I decided<br />
to give it a try. Any worries about not being able to cope with<br />
the training were quickly put at ease by the Chief Instructor,<br />
Mr Richard Wong of Climatic TKD Groups.<br />
With careful guidance, there wasn’t any stress as we progressed<br />
at our own pace depending on our fitness level and capability.<br />
The lessons have a good mix of physical training as well as<br />
theoretical explanations with a strong emphasis on discipline<br />
and respect. I always look forward to a good workout with my<br />
teammates after a stressful week at work.<br />
I have been training Taekwondo with OCC since the 2010 and<br />
hold a brown belt currently. I have benefited greatly, noticing<br />
an overall increase in fitness, health and alertness.<br />

I would like to express my appreciation to your team for<br />
making my stay at OCC a very pleasant experience.<br />
Although there are minor hiccups, the team did their best<br />
to rectify with the best of their abilities. For example, when<br />
I feedback that the fridge in the room is not working, the<br />
team did a swap within 5 mins and I was impressed. Next,<br />
the toilet bowl area was leaking and your housekeeping staff,<br />
Aisha, immediately expressed concern that the floor might be<br />
slippery and asked if we would like a room swap.<br />
Lastly, Chan and Varu did not push my queries away and<br />
kept me updated promptly.<br />
Overall, the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance team<br />
are indeed attentive and responsive to guest’s needs.<br />

service provided during my wedding dinner on 6th May <strong>2012</strong> at the Grand<br />

staffs that are the heart and souls of a prestigious club.<br />
I have seen many improvements in clients’ service since I joined some years<br />
ago. The culture set by management is on the right track, that of listening and<br />
tailoring to the clients’ needs and winning their patronage and loyalty.<br />
- I would like to single out an outstanding gym staff, Stanley Conelius,<br />
a real asset to OCC. Ever since he came, the gym has become so<br />
