<strong>The</strong> Liberty Center has eight computers with<br />

wireless Internet access, so bring your own laptop<br />

and log on anywhere in the building. Check<br />

out the billiards, foosball, and ping-pong<br />

tables, three 20-inch flat screen televisions for<br />

Xbox, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 2 video systems,<br />

a TV lounge and dining area with a 60inch<br />

flat screen.<br />

<strong>The</strong>re is a movie room showing free movies<br />

from the <strong>Navy</strong> Motion Picture Service - see<br />

movies six weeks before they’re out on DVD!<br />

This facility is alcohol-free and is open to <strong>mil</strong>itary<br />

personnel and reservists who are 18<br />

through 25 years old and are single or unaccompanied.<br />

Morale, Welfare and Recreation Fitness Classes:<br />

Stop by Gym 109 or Fitness Plus and pick up<br />

the fitness schedule. <strong>The</strong>re are a variety of classes<br />

including Pilates, yoga, cardio kickboxing,<br />

cycling and many more!<br />

Classes are taught at Gym 109 as early as 6<br />

a.m. and as late as 6:30 p.m., and there are<br />

classes seven days a week. <strong>The</strong>re is no need to<br />

pre-register; just show up and get fit. Free for<br />

active duty and $1 for reservists, dependents,<br />

retired and $2 for Department of Defense personnel.<br />

Personal computers are available seven<br />

days a week to send and receive email, surf the<br />

web, play games - all at no charge. Have a cup<br />

a.m. to 8 p.m., weekends and holidays, 8 a.m. to<br />

<strong>The</strong> Seaview Lanes Bowling Center state-ofthe-art<br />

facility features regular and Xtreme<br />

bowling. <strong>The</strong> center also serves lunch, Monday<br />

through Friday beginning at 11 a.m. Call ahead<br />

and have your lunch order ready when you<br />

arrive.<br />
