Samuel Aurelio Juarez weighed in at 7lbs., 9oz., and he is 19 inches long. Samuel Aurelio Juarez Scott Brown, Internal Auditor, and his wife welcomed their son on October 3, 2006. Nicholas Matthew weighed in at 6lbs., 12oz., and he is 19.5 inches long. Fan Mail Joint Leadership Erica Mauney, Assistant Manager at Camden Clearbrook, married Mark Murphy on September 23. Achievements A former resident of Camden Stonecrest expressed how impressed she was with the community and the Camden professionals, particularly with Natalie Neale. “MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN WONDERFUL,” WROTE THIS RESIDENT. “The complex is quiet and well-maintained and the staff is professional and well-trained.” Anne Caruthers, IT Manager, achieved the ITIL Foundations certification, which is awarded to IT professionals who demonstrate competency with IT service delivery and management principles. Charles Collins, IT Systems Administrator, completed an Associate of Arts degree and is working on a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Houston. Melinda Culver, Director Business Solutions — IT, completed her Masters in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. Natalie Neale, Leasing Consultant at Camden Stonecrest (Charlotte, NC) Leadership in Action The Camden Westwind team, in Ashburn, VA would like to recognize Dan Gruver from Camden Fairfax Corner. Dan will be leading the Service Team at Camden Westwind as interim Community Service Supervisor. New Hires In September 2006, Ken Sherman joined Camden as our new District Manager for Raleigh, NC. Ken brings to Camden a wealth of experience in the multifamily industry, including over 20 years as a Regional Manager with Oakwood Apartments. Ken has lived and worked in markets across the country, including: San Diego, Orange County, Phoenix, Seattle, Washington D.C., Chicago and Park City. She does so with a smile on her face and in her voice, never seeming stressed. I had some recurring issues with my air conditioning and smoke alarms. She immediately contacted the correct person and then called me back to let me know exactly what was going to happen and when.
