SECTION VIII: DISCOUNT FROM PRICE LISTS ON ATHLETIC SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT NOT
PREVIOUSLY LISTED
• A firm fixed percentage (%) discount shall be held from February 1, 2009 through January 31, 2010
(Delivery: FOB Destination).
• If a company has been awarded an individual item, the company shall honor its awarded price for that item during
the entire period of contract even if that same item is in a catalog for which it has also has been awarded a contract.
• If a supplier is interested in quoting a percentage discount to any of the catalogs noted below, it shall only provide
one percentage discount from price list per item. If a supplier notes a percentage discount on a specific catalog as
well as an alternate catalog to that same catalog, the County and the City shall only consider the percentage discount
for the catalog which is specifically noted in the specification. Additionally, the County and the City reserve the
right as to whether they will accept any alternate catalogs noted by suppliers.
