This <strong>Installation</strong> <strong>Support</strong> <strong>Policy</strong> (“<strong>Policy</strong>”) should be read in conjunction with the Experian <strong>QAS</strong> Standard Terms and<br />
Conditions (“STAC”) entered into by Experian <strong>QAS</strong> and your organization (“Customer”). This <strong>Policy</strong> describes the<br />
services Experian <strong>QAS</strong> technical resources will provide to you in order to assist you in integrating the Licensed<br />
Materials you purchased. You may choose to purchase <strong>Pro</strong>fessional Services to augment the services available to<br />
you at the then current <strong>Pro</strong>fessional Services rates.<br />
2. Explanation of Terms<br />
Any capitalized terms in this <strong>Policy</strong> shall have the meanings specified in the Experian <strong>QAS</strong> STAC.<br />
3. Deliverables<br />
Experian <strong>QAS</strong> will provide AJAX Best Practices sample code to facilitate the web service integration. AJAX Best<br />
Practice sample code is a pre-built workflow that utilizes the <strong>QAS</strong> <strong>Pro</strong> Verification Engine to guide users through<br />
validating address information. A member of the <strong>QAS</strong> Technical Services team will be available for up to two (2)<br />
hours of consulting on the structure and logic of the AJAX Best Practices sample code, but it is expected that the<br />
Customer will be performing the integration on their own. The following items shall be delivered by <strong>QAS</strong> Technical<br />
Services during this project:<br />
3.1 <strong>QAS</strong> Technical Services will confirm that the Customer can access the <strong>QAS</strong> <strong>Pro</strong> <strong>On</strong> <strong>Demand</strong> web service<br />
with their user credentials.<br />
3.2 <strong>QAS</strong> Technical Services will confirm that the <strong>QAS</strong> sample pages are properly configured and that the <strong>QAS</strong><br />
<strong>Pro</strong> <strong>On</strong> <strong>Demand</strong> web service is accessible.<br />
3.3 Up to two (2) hours of consulting on <strong>QAS</strong> AJAX Best Practices sample code.<br />
4. <strong>Pro</strong>ject Assumptions<br />
The following are the assumptions related to basic services:<br />
4.1 This project will require no more than four (4) hours of engagement from <strong>QAS</strong> Technical Services.<br />
4.2 All consulting will be conducted remotely via WebEx.<br />
4.3 The Customer has access to the source code in their application.<br />
4.4 <strong>QAS</strong> <strong>Pro</strong> <strong>On</strong> <strong>Demand</strong> – <strong>Annual</strong> License is being used on an external-facing website (as opposed to an<br />
internal CRM system or other internal database).<br />
4.5 The Customer is integrating <strong>Pro</strong> Web with no more than two (2) address entry forms (ex. Billing Address<br />
and Shipping Address) in their web application.<br />
4.6 The Customer will use <strong>QAS</strong> AJAX Best Practices in C#.NET, PHP, or JSP.<br />
4.7 The Customer will make available a web developer(s) knowledgeable in the coding language in which the<br />
Customer’s web application is written.<br />
4.8 The Customer will make available a web developer(s) knowledgeable in JavaScript as well as one of the<br />
<strong>QAS</strong> AJAX Best languages.<br />
4.9 The Customer is not significantly modifying <strong>QAS</strong> AJAX Best Practices work flow beyond cosmetic changes.<br />
4.10 <strong>QAS</strong> Technical Services will not write or modify any code for the Customer.<br />
4.11 <strong>QAS</strong> Technical Services will not be responsible for debugging Customer code or modified <strong>QAS</strong> AJAX Best<br />
Practices code.<br />

4.12 The Customer will provide one project management resource that is empowered to set schedules and<br />
allocate resources within the Customer’s operation.<br />
4.13 The Customer has made available an installation environment that meets the product’s minimum system<br />
requirements and that environment is available to be accessed using remote connection, such as Remote<br />
Desktop.<br />
5. Engaging <strong>Pro</strong>fessional Services<br />
If the project exceeds the scope of stated deliverables or contradicts the stated assumptions, Experian <strong>QAS</strong> offers<br />
consulting through the <strong>Pro</strong>fessional Services department. If the Customer would like a member of <strong>Pro</strong>fessional<br />
Services to consult on custom integrations, editing code or build a custom integration, these services may be<br />
purchased at the then current <strong>Pro</strong>fessional Services rates.<br />
