Loyalty and responsibility<br />

is trustworthy and dependable in<br />
all aspects <strong>of</strong> both pr<strong>of</strong>essional and<br />

geriatric care manager maintains<br />
confidentiality, avoids conflicts <strong>of</strong><br />
interest and always pursues the best<br />

welfare in order to maximize benefits<br />

potential conflicts that may arise when<br />
balancing the benefits and risks <strong>of</strong><br />

individual choices are maximized to<br />
