Every year Admonter will launch new and limited product lines, featuring exclusive 

natural floors that match the latest international interior design trends. 

The Antico range is the perfect choice for people who love their floors to have the 

beautiful characteristics of traditional handfinished floors. Antico wide planks, whilst 

perfect for grand interiors of castles, manor houses and historical buildings, can 

also add a unique and special look to more modern homes, lofts and commercial 

premises. 

The Mocca range sets the trend for dark floors without using chemicals or dyes. 

Thanks to the completely natural thermo-treatment procedure, we offer a range of 

European timber in darker colour shades without using tropical wood species. 

The Admonter XXLong product range offers wide planks up to 5 metres length. 

This is the product line of Admonter wide plank floors with the biggest 

variety of wood species, colours, gradings and installation systems. The construction 

of this new Admonter Classic planks is modular, which means, that 

wide plank floors are available either with a bottom layer of the same wood 

specie as the top layer or with a spruce backing. 

The warm character and natural elegance of this flooring suits modern and tradi- 

tional interiors imbuing a unique personality, with subtle grain variations and a 

natural patina. 

Admonter “City Floor” in 118/120 x 1200 mm: with its ideal dimension, this natural 

floor can be installed to give either a traditional look, or a very chic and contemporary 

style. The City Floor is a one-strip plank with a top layer of 3,6 mm like all other 

Admonter wide plank floors.

The toplayer. 

only the best timber is selected to serve as the toplayer 

of an Admonter. Top layer for softwoods and 

hardwoods: 3,6 mm. 

A slight bevel. 

This bevel intensifies the visual effect of every single plank and 

emphasises the unique wide plank character (top- and long-side). 

The transverse middle layer. 

It prevents warping in the width direction and stabilises the top layer. 

The certificated gluing. 

Practically free of formaldehyde it guarantees the perfect gluing 

of the engineered 3 layer Quality Timber Construction.

The timber for Admonter products originates from forests 

with sustainable forestry which ensures the biodiversity of 

animals as well as plants. (Exception: siberian Larch)

The Mocca range sets the trend for dark floors without using 

chemicals or dyes. Thanks to the completely natural thermotreatment 

procedure, we offer a range of European timber in 

darker colour shades without using tropical wood species. 


1. The thermo treatment is a completely natural process without using chemicals 

or dyes. A wide range of dark colour shades is only achieved by heating the timber. 

Admonter Mocca is a 100% natural product from sustainable forest cultivation. 

2. Under-floor heating systems: Thanks to the thermo treatment all Mocca floors, 

even Beech, one of the most unstable wood species, become so stable that they 

are suitable for use over under-floor heating systems. 

3. Natural colour changes: An Admonter wide plank is an entirely natural 

product and as a consequence after a certain time natural colour changes may 

occur. depending on the intensity in which the planks are exposed to the sun 

lighter timber turns darker while darker timber becomes lighter (especially during 

the first 3 – 6 months). The colour change is reduced thanks to an additional 

coating of UV-protection.

This is the product line of Admonter wide plank floors with the 

biggest variety of wood species, colours, gradings and installation 

systems. The construction is modular, which means, that wide 

plank floors are available either with a bottom layer of the same 

wood specie as the top layer or with a spruce backing. The big 

choice is unique in the world of wide plank floors.

The selection of full planks represents the whole basic-range of Admonter Natural Floor featuring wood species, gradings and 

surface treatments for a perfect sampling. Please note that all products which are not included in this standard programme are only 

available in full packs (7 pieces) with a special discount. The sample planks are delivered with a standard length of 2000 mm 

(or 1200 mm City Floor) - see price-list Nr. 11000. In this way long lead times for sample orders can be avoided. You will get more

Warranty 

Our customers‘ warranty title is centrally stored for 30 years! 

STIA grants 30 years warranty for an Admonter Natural Floor. But, honestly: who will still have the invoice at hand after 

20, 25 years? STIA Holzindustrie therefore offers its customers a new and very special service. If you send the warranty 

certificate with a stamp of your dealer to STIA, your data will be centrally stored and can be easily retrieved for up to 

30 years if required. 

The certificate can be ordered at info@admonter.at. 

Our warranty declaration: 

STIA Holzindustrie GmbH in Admont provides a 30-year quality warranty on material and manufacturing 

defects for the Admonter Natural Floor purchased by subject to the following conditions: 

> The warranty applies to all Admonter Natural Floors bought and installed from 1. January 2003. 

The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase. 

> The warranty covers hidden defects in the floor based on material or manufacturing defects and which occur within the warranty 

period. Open defects must be reported prior to installation! 

> The warranty applies exclusively upon use of the product in normally utilised living and property areas, except for wet and moist 

rooms. 

Our warranty: 

Warranty is only granted if the warranty claim is lodged in writing within 30 days after the occurrence of the defect, presenting the 

original invoice to the specialist dealer. 

> If the warranty is accepted, STIA Holzindustrie GmbH will provide replacement free of charge, while we reserve the right to carry out 

detail repair to defective planks. If the product can no longer be supplied, you will receive equivalent replacement from the current 

range. 

> The warranty depends on the time value of the goods, the replacement provided is reduced by 3.33% per annum (30 years) compared 

with the new value of the goods. When making use of the warranty the customer will bear the difference between time value and new 

value. 

> The warranty period is not extended through a case of warranty. 

Excluded from the warranty: 

> Damages through incorrect installation. Contrary to the Admonter installation & maintenance instructions enclosed with every 

4 - 8 pack ( or download at www.admonter.at/en/service/installation.html) or contrary to the rules of trade: VOB C, DIN 18356 

(ÖNORM B 2218). In case of changes of the ÖNORM standards, the installation & maintenance instructions remain valid! 

> Damage through incorrect care & maintenance (contrary to the Admonter installation & maintenance instructions enclosed with 

every 4 - 8 pack). 

> Damage through standing water, insect infestation, accidents or acts of God. 

> Changes in the visual appearance such as joints or deformations of the floorboards as might occur seasonally, colour changes 

through the effect of light, wear of the surface treatment. 

> Stains or mechanical damages to the surface (marks, scratches, etc) caused through incorrect treatment, use or storage, especially 

damages caused by high-heel shoes, furniture, stones or pets. 

> Additional claims, titles or rights such as disassembly and reinstallation of the floor as well as consequential costs or damages 

brought about by the defective product will not be accepted.

Terms and trades 

1. Offer and confirmation of order 

Our offers are subject to confirmation. All agreements, including those of our commercial representatives, are only binding on us when 

confirmed in writing. The order is binding on the purchaser. Once you have received our order confirmation, you have only one working 

day to make changes or cancel. 

2. Prices 

Our prices are based on the latest price lists and your corresponding credit terms. Special agreements apply only to the respective order. 

3. Delivery 

The delivery times are not guaranteed. Part deliveries are permissible. In cases of force majeure or if substantial changes to important 

components of the contract occur which lie outside our influence or if circumstances arise which make the delivery difficult, or partly or 

completely impossible, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. As a result, the purchaser is not entitled to claim for subsequent 

deliveries, replacement deliveries or other types of replacement claims. 

4. Dispatch, acceptance and transfer of risk 

The goods are dispatched in accordance with the agreed type of delivery. With the loading of the goods or the transfer to the first carrier at 

our premises, risk is transferred to the purchaser regardless of the transfer of ownership. The person accepting the goods is responsible 

for checking the goods on acceptance and for checking for any damage caused during transport. Acceptances with reservations are not 

accepted. For deliveries abroad, unless agreed otherwise, the latest valid version of the INCOTERMS is taken as the basis. 

5. Insurance 

Transport insurance is only taken out at the express wish of the customer. 

6. Payment 

Payment must be made net in cash unless other terms of payment have been agreed. For special productions we reserve the right to a 

suitable deposit. If the purchaser withdraws from the order, we reserve the right to demand suitable compensation. In the event of delays in 

payment, the seller is entitled to make use of his proprietary rights (see point 7) and remove the goods at the expense of the defaulting 

purchaser. 

7. Proprietary rights 

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchaser has paid all demands arising from the business agreement. The remaining 

goods are to be stored separately and adequately insured at the expense of the purchaser against fire, theft, breakage and weather damage 

(water). Pawning or transfer by way of security to third parties is not permitted. The purchaser must inform us immediately in writing 

of any pawning or access of third parties to goods delivered under our proprietary rights, in urgent cases via e-mail. If the goods are machined 

or processed on the part of the purchaser, our proprietary rights also extend to the new article. 

8. Complaints from deliveries 

In the event of defects being notified, the purchaser is obliged to accept the goods in any case and handle them with the usual care. The 

notification of defects must be made in writing at the latest within five days of the goods arriving at their place of destination and before 

their processing, giving precise details of the individual defects. Later notifications will only be considered if the defects were hidden. 

They also have no influence on the fulfilment of the agreed terms of payment. As selected by the seller, the defective items can either 

be exchanged free of charge for non-defective ones after returning free of charge to the place of fulfilment or a reduction in price corresponding 

to the reduced value will be allowed. Further claims such as replacement of work, material, loss of profits, especially the right 

to cancellation, mitigation or replacement of the damage because of nonfulfilment etc. are excluded. Non-fulfilment of the payment 

terms absolves us from any obligation for guarantee. 

9. Place of fulfilment and court of jurisdiction 

The place of fulfilment is A-8911 Admont, the court of jurisdiction is A-8940 Liezen. This contract is subject to Austrian Law. 

10. Assignment 

The seller can assign all his rights from the purchase contract as a whole or in detail to third parties or allow his obligations likewise to be 

fulfilled by third parties. 

11. Obligations of our sale and delivery conditions 

Deviations from the present sale and delivery conditions are only binding in sofar as they are expressly recognized and confirmed in writing 

by both contracting parties. Should one condition be inoperative, this does not affect the validity of the other conditions.
