Astanga Yoga<br />
This vigorous form of Hatha Yoga utilizes movements from the sun<br />
salutation to generate heat , and connect the postures of the routine<br />
with movement and counter movement . Each balanced fl ow of<br />
postures and counter postures synchronized with the breath is called a<br />
vinyasa . An excellent workout for fi tness minded individuals who wish<br />
to improve or maintain core strength , fl exibility, and balance . Great for<br />
