RORSCHACH TRAINING WORKSHOP –29 – 30 OCTOBER, 2011
The Rorschach Inkblot Training Workshop held by ICDA
was really worth attending. The test was very interesting
and we got a chance to gain knowledge about the test. Both
the systems of test i.e. Kloppfer and Exner of the test were
explained really well. Our interest was maintained
throughout the two days despite the fact that it was lengthy.
Thank you!
On the first day after a brief introductory speech by the
President of ICDA, Prof. Dr. N.K. Chadha, the workshop
began with Ms. Ritu Wadhawan introducing us to the most
popular psychometric test i.e. Rorscharch Inkblot test, its
history, development and application. This was followed
by a fruitful discussion as well as actual administration of
the test and the results were interpreted according to
Klopfer’s system. The second day was taken by Ms. Sonia
who introduced us to the latest system of Exner. Though
this system seemed very lengthy, we kept up to it and
eager to learn. The workshop ended with enthusiastic
participants eager to apply their newly gained knowledge. The workshop was not
only informative and interactive but also extremely beneficial for all present.
The Rorscharch training workshop conducted by ICDA was
extremely useful and enlightening. Although a two day
training for the much elaborate Rorscharch Diagnostiks is
just like a drop in the ocean, the resource persons gave us a
holistic and sufficient knowledge on the same. The workshop
was an extremely fruitful endeavour by the ICDA in helping
students of psychology gain insight into this intriguing
projective personality test. Thank you ICDA!
