. Qualified Participanrs are plrpils lronr grades V and Vl for <strong>the</strong> elementary level and<br />

students from 3'd year and 4't year for <strong>the</strong> secondaxy level.<br />

. Ali Congressional Districts shall conduct an On-<strong>the</strong>-Spot Poster Making at <strong>the</strong><br />

. District Level.<br />

. The Winner at <strong>the</strong> Congressional District Level shall be <strong>the</strong> representative at <strong>the</strong><br />

Division Level on July 3l. 20l2 at 9:00 to 1l:30 a.m.<br />

. Names <strong>of</strong>entries must be endorsed at <strong>the</strong> Health and Nutrition Section on or beforc<br />

July 30, 2012. Offlcial entry must indicate <strong>the</strong> complete name <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> contestant,<br />

school. grade/ year ievel and section and name <strong>of</strong><strong>the</strong> trainer or coach<br />

. Panicipants are required to bring necessary art materials for <strong>the</strong> contest which are 7.1<br />

size illustration board, Craypas and Pencils. These will be <strong>the</strong> only medium allowed<br />

for drawing. No pentel pens allowed<br />

. Posters must be in consonance with <strong>the</strong> nutition <strong>month</strong> <strong>the</strong>me.<br />

contest propervill be for two and a half(2 l/2) hours.<br />

. All Posters will be coded forjudging Criteria forjudging willbe as follows:<br />

Symbolism - 40Yo<br />

Msual lmpact - 35Yo<br />

Originality - 2-\:/n<br />

Total - 1000<br />

. Posters which attained <strong>the</strong> highest percentage rating will be proclaimed winner<br />

There shall be one (1) winner and two (2)placers and 2 consolation prizes<br />

. Vy'iflners shall receive medals and certificates <strong>of</strong> award. Participants and coaches<br />

shall be given certificates <strong>of</strong>panicipation each.<br />

. All posters will become <strong>the</strong> property <strong>of</strong><strong>the</strong> Health and Nutrition Seclion.<br />

. Decision <strong>of</strong><strong>the</strong> Board <strong>of</strong>Judges is coilsidered final and irrevocable-<br />

Malu nggay Cooking Contest:<br />

" The conresr is open to all Grades V and VI pupils.<br />

. Recipes must make use <strong>of</strong>malunggay<br />

. Each participating school must aompete o <strong>the</strong> Congressional District level \Vinner<br />

per Congressional District wili automatically enter <strong>the</strong> Division level.<br />

. OFrcial entries must indicate <strong>the</strong> compiete name <strong>of</strong><strong>the</strong> contestants, <strong>the</strong> school, grade<br />

le!el and section and name <strong>of</strong><strong>the</strong> trainer or coach.<br />

. The representatives shall compete io <strong>the</strong> Cooking contest Division Level on July 31, '<br />

2012 at (9100 to ll:30 a.m.).<br />

. The participants shall be composed <strong>of</strong>not more than I members<br />

. Participiuts must bring <strong>the</strong>ir owrr ingredienti, utensils and Blectric stoves for<br />

cooking, extension wires, table! and chairs<br />

. Each group shall be given trvo and a half hours for <strong>the</strong> p.eparafion, cooking and<br />

presentation.<br />

. Participants are not allowed to bring in prepated ing.redients.<br />

. Food prepared, cooked and presented shall be coded for judging. Cdteria will b€ as<br />

follows.<br />
