Sealed Tenders/quotarions are invited from registered supplier having valid registration in
Jagdalpur Region for supply of the following materials, specification for which are given hereunder:-

LINE MAN TOOL BAG:-
Lineman tool bag heavy duty double front (Both side)
flap & pockets best quality Military green water proof
canvas clottr-size of the line man bag should be 450
mmxL5O mm. with one portion and n^ro small
pockets of size 150 mm. wide and 140 rnm' height for
small tools, plus one more outside pocket 1n t]re Ulct<
of the tool bag of size 180 mmx450 mm. for keeping
hand gloves, other paper'purpose. There should be
total five pockets aud the joints of tool bag should be
covered with best quality black nylon ribs' The bag
should contain best quality rust proof backless and
best qualiry niwar cloth should be provided for the
handles of the lineman tool bag from the bottom' On
front side * CSPDCL JAGDALPUR REGION't should be
printed with lemon Yellow colour.

Tender documents (Tender form, Terms and Conditions etc.) can be purchased on
payment of { 200 (Two hundred )only by Demand Draft payable to Regional Accounts
v Officer, CSPDCLJagdalpur (Non refundable) from the office of the undersigned on or before
E 7--F-EB--2-0llrp to 17.00 hrs. Postal charses worth t loo/- (t one hundred) only should
also be sent in advance by D.D. by those tenderers who want to purchase tenders by
Post/Dak .
The tender in the prescribed tender form with Earnest Money of ( 500 (t Five
hundred) only in the form of Demand Draft. (Earnest Money in any other form will not be
acceptable) payable to the-Beqional Accounts Officer, CSPDCL, Jagdalpur will be accepted up
to 14.30 hrs. on or before E-e--fg$-2013- and will be opened on the same day at 1s.30
hrs. in the presence of those tenderers who may choose to be present. ln case a holiday is
declared by the Government on the above scheduled date, the last date for submission and
opening of tender will automatically be deemed to be transferred on the next working day.
No offer will be accepted without Earnest Money and will be summarily rejected. Details of
money receipt of deposit of earnest money be mentioned in corner of the tender envelope.
The Chief Engineer (JR) CSPDCL, Jagdalpur reserves the right to reject any or
all the tenders partly or fully without assigning any reasons what-so-ever.
