Birmingham-based Trerice Tosto, Michigan 9
largest commercial /industrial real estate firm,
named two local men to its industrial division.
Larry H. Emmons, a University of Michigan
grad from Bloomfield Hills, with six years of real
estate experience, joins as an associate broker.
David L. Rice, from Troy and also a Michigan
grad, will serve as a sales associate.
Both are members of the South Oakland County
Board of Realtors.
Kahn Associates honored
Troy-based architectural firm Albert Khan Associates
won a TOBY Award from the national
Building Owners and Managers Association for its
work on the Fisher Building in Detroit.
The building was honored in the Historical
Building category .
Perini appointee
Southfield-based Perini Building Co. promoted
Deborah Anderson to project manager.
Anderson will be responsible for the overall
project coordination and superv ision of project
staff.
Among Perini's current projects are the VA
Medical Center Replacement Hospital in Detroit,
the Utica Park Place Shopping Center and Michigan
State University's Veterinary Research and
Food Safety Lab in East Lansing.
