T he business of Salam
Enterprises LLC , broadly speaking,
comes into three lines: the Construction, the
Water and the Industrial Divisions. The Water
Division is serving a wide range of customers
and sectors in UAE and the Middle East Region
and is dedicated to the supplies and services
of water treatment equipment and systems.
The Water Division is proud of the excellent
ties with the world-renowned manufacturers
and designers in the field. The highly qualified
engineers and technicians of the Water Division
are always available to help the customers
in defining the problems and designing the
solution. We maintain considerable stock
quantities of various equipment in our stores
in Dubai to fulfill the immediate needs of the
market, and we undertake the supplies of nonstandard
items as well.

We offer a wide range of media filters, water
softeners and deionization units used in
various water treatment applications. The vessels
used in the models are made of
the superior quality, composite, food – grade, non
- metallic material that simply cannot rust. The
composite vessels are made of NSF / FDA listed
constituents and therefore ideal when human health
is a concern. The series starts with
as small as 10” diameter vessels up to the huge 79”
tank, and thus covering a vast range of residential,
commercial & industrial uses.
The operation of series equipment
is fully automatic, using top or side mounted
control valves from Clack® , or AquaMatic® .
Water Filters & Conditioners
For the removal of suspended matters, odours, colours and tastes from
water, we offer our SM & SC series. Depending on the type
of impurities in the water and the desiredfunction of the filter, sand, carbon
or multi media filter could be selected. Capacities of the filters
range from 3 to 333 GPM.
Saltreat SFS is our very reliable water softening
series. SFS softeners are efficient in removing
hardness ions from water supplies and thus preventing scale depositions
on metallic surfaces. Twin- alternating units are also available
for the applications where continuous soft water supply is critical.
W e are also proud of our leadership position in supplying the most
advanced water deionizers. Total removal of dissolved solids from
water is important for special applications, such as perfumes, cosmetics,
glass & aluminum, electronics and pharmaceutical industries. DI
range has been extended to cover up to 75 GPM models using well designed
kits from consisting of controllers and valves.

Reverse Osmosis ( RO )
Desalination
Salam offers the supply of carefully engineered RO systems for the desalination of Brackish and
Sea Waters, with capacities ranging from 50 to 1,000,000 GPD. ! Depending on raw water quality
and selection of membranes, system recoveries up to 80 % could be reached. RO systems are designed to
economically meet client’s specific requirements. The equipment uses the highest quality components
and is suitable for all industrial and commercial applications.

which are fabricated and assembled in our workshop in Dubai….
We maintain considerable quantities of the SALRO45 & SALRO85 machines, ready-to-use,
and available in stock. Units of capacities up to 86,000 GPD could be delivered in Dubai
within a couple of days, for immediate installation!
Down to mini – residential units !!

We also supply RO systems for special
applications. One notable example of
this is the treatment of reclaimed water coming
out of an MBR process at sewage treatment
facilities. Utilizing the newly developed lowfouling,
low- energy membranes elements it
is now possible to turn the STP effluent into
potable grade!

e also supply a ran range of strainers, basket
& bag filters that can be used to
remove coarse particle from water sources. These
are of particular significance in agricultural
applications.
We can also supply medical – grade RO
machines for hospitals and clinics.
Filter Housings &
Cartridges
We supply a complete range of Stainless Steel Filter
Housings that can be used in a wide range of commercial
and industrial applications. The flow ratings begin at as low as
15 GPM and continue up to the 2,800+ GPM model ! All systems
have drain ports, and are made of high quality polished SS316
material. The operating pressure is nominally 150 psi (10.3 bar)
with an operating temperature range of 4 - 149°C (40 -300°F). All
systems require multiple sediment or carbon cartridges with the
number & size depending on the model in question.

We offer high quality UV disinfection systems that are characterized with high intensity

protection against bacteria and viruses in water sources The product range starts with the small, 5
GPM units up to the huge 500 GPM systems.
The UV’s that we supply are all made of high grade stainless steel chambers and use the latest
technologies in UV radiation lamps.

Ozonation Systems
Ozone has many advantages :
It is a powerful oxidant that kills all microbes
Acts more rapidly than other disinfecting agents
Does not leave any traces in water
Reduces the use of chlorine to the minimum
Considering these, ozone is finding an increasing wide variety of applications, including mineral
water bottling, swimming pools, waste water treatment, textile & paper industries and
agricultural uses.
We offer complete ozone systems from ClearWater Tech – USA : can come skid- mounted or loose
components to be fixed on a wall at site.
These systems vary in production capacity, starting from the mini 1.25 gr/hr model to the huge,
cabinet- like 170 gr/hr system. The 20 gr/hr system is quite popular in UAE and the region and
we can deliver this model – usually to the water bottling industry- within a couple of days!

Technical Services & Supply of Spares
Installation & Start up of New Systems : We have an able and experienced technical team
ready to undertake the responsibility of installation & commissioning of equipment at site. And on-site training of customer’s
personnel on the efficient operation & servicing of water treatment systems is indeed an essential practice of our team, with a
vision of ensuring long and trouble free plant operational life.
Maintenance & Service : After the warranty period is over, we offer maintenance & service contracts
for the Water Treatment Plants & Equipment on yearly basis, where our qualified service team would visit the site on monthly
basis in addition to the emergency cases. The regular visit usually includes full
check-up for the system, submitting a technical report along with the corrective
actions to be taken to keep the machine in the best conditions and to avoid
breakdown.
Technical Support : Selection of the proper water treatment
process to fulfill the requirements of the desired application, and the computer-
ized design of water treatment equipment.
Evaluation of the existing condition of the system. Assessment of the overall
performance of the plant in comparison with design parameters. Optimization of
the performance of water treatment installations.
Old Systems’ Upgrade : We can undertake modifications in the existing water
treatment machines and systems which were even supplied and installed by
others!
Troubleshooting and replacement of the failing parts of the system.
Calibration of the instruments and inspection of the electrical parts of the
units.
Supply of Spare Parts : Our warehouse in Dubai is very
rich in spare parts that could help the immediate requirements of customers.
