IFRS Resources IFRSs available in Handbook International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) are now available in Part I of the CICA Handbook - Accounting. IFRSs will be required for publicly accountable enterprises and government business enterprises for periods beginning on or after January 1, 2011. They will also be available for any entity within the scope of the CICA Handbook – Accounting that chooses to adopt IFRSs such as not-for-profit organizations and private enterprises.
