(ii) It is not always possible to tell whether there
has beenany television involvement. There are
cases where independent companies have set up
a project and have then been able to finance it to
a large extent by pre-sales to TV companies but it
is unusual for this kind of participation to be credited.
g) Television series
On the whole television series have not been included,
unless there is some kind of continuity, such as
director, writer, producer etc., in which case they are
considered to be an extended single programme.
These are usually drama serials, e.g. 'Brideshead
Revisited', 'Out'.
