Make sure that the alarm family does not 

end with a space. 

Always use the conversion tool for your 

program version. 

Import tags first, than the alarms. Otherwise 

the alarms will reference non existing tags. 

If the house address contains characters, 

that are not allowed in a tag name (*=. etc.), 

the conversion tool replaces them. If two 

house addresses only differ in one of these 

characters, the same tag name will be 

generated for both.

Change the csv-files before import into 

novaPro Open as followed:

Components, the newer files from SR2 

were overwritten by the older files from 

Sauter Components. 

Please install as follows: 

1.) Install nPO 

2.) Install Sauter Components. 

3.) Install latest Patch 

You can use the tuning parameter 

"WIL_DISK_HIGH_LIMIT" to define the limit 

(in %), from when novaPro Open should 

start deleting history files. 

Network drives need special attention, 

since their size may be limited by the 

administrator. For example, if a 1 GB 

network drive is on a 40 GB hard drive, the 

operating system will return, that 1GB of 40 

GB is free (= 2.5%), and novaPro Open will 

start to delete the history files, since the 

default limit is 97%. 

The error may have been originated by any 

process or thread of novaPro Open. 

To find out which, please look in errors dat 

for the thread that caused the error. You 

can identify it by the numbers in brackets, 

eg. (1696:2372), and look up for the 

process name. 

The copy protection is defective. Please 

contact SBA to fix.
