The <strong>act4®</strong> Charts are created by CMS<br />

in close cooper ation with an internal<br />

project team.


The <strong>act4®</strong> Cascading System<br />

The efficient implementation: Groups that multiply themselves formulate concrete<br />

steps for action for their area of responsibility with the help of the <strong>act4®</strong> Charts.<br />

Independent groups of five participants each carefully analyze the contents of the charts. Step by step, what is<br />

essential is revealed to each participant. They recognize correlations and are able to make decisions that are<br />

conducive to the common objective.<br />

Each person who has completed the course is assigned as a moderator to another group. Thus, all participants<br />

deal with the theme at least twice.<br />

In this way the multiplication in the cascading system makes rapid completion possible even in large organizations.<br />

In the end, everyone has informed - and motivated - himself/herself extensively and in depth.<br />

A project information system guarantees the coordination of the steps for action and guides their implementation.


Starter and Motor: The Employees<br />

Independently operating groups work<br />

with the <strong>act4®</strong> Charts. Solutions are developed<br />

and evaluated and a plan of action is<br />

decided upon.<br />

A package including steps of action, a<br />

timetable and possibly budegts is the<br />
