STRATOSPHERE/TROPOSPHERE INTERACTION WITH THE BIOSPHERE
STIB is derived from earlier IAMAP and IAGA proposals (MARC
and MACS) and SCOSTEP has accepted to sponsor and implement
STIB.
A scientific steering committee is to be formed by IAGA,
IAMAP, SCOSTEP and IGBP and will include representatives from
WCRP and other related programmes.
The following . names have been proposed for the first phase to
develop an implementation strategy:
