We keep growing each passing day adding to years.<br />
Some grey hair and wrinkles upset us for the on-set of<br />
senescence. Time passes ceaselessly. Our body, a God<br />
given machine, undergoes wear and tear. But we are not<br />
shunted like other machines. Our growing old adds<br />
wisdom in us. Life's experiences enhance mellowness and<br />
maturity. A fit mind is the key of a person's overall well<br />
being. It is one's attitude towards life that matters most. A<br />
negative attitude is sure sign of old age. It shows that the<br />
person has really stopped growing in any gainful manner.<br />
It speaks of his lost faith in himself and in everybody<br />
around him. The first and the foremost thing is that you<br />
REMAIN YOUNG AT HEART<br />
have still the potentialities of life. The toils in your life are<br />
never forgotten. Develop a positive mental attitude.<br />
Take livey interest in the surroundings. Don't brood<br />
over the past or dwell in the future. Enjoy the persent<br />
perfectly. If you develop diverse interests in life, the<br />
chances of enjoying long and healthy life are greater. Don't<br />
think old age is a burden. Add 'LIFE' to your 'YEARS'.<br />
Remain 'full of life' which will keep you healthy, happy<br />
and peaceful. You are old only if you feel old. Young at<br />
heart will remain young forever.<br />
