a member of Priority Club Rewards to claim their prize. Enrolment in Priority Club Rewards is free
and subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions.
If a Canadian citizen wins a prize they will be required to answer, unaided a mathematical skilltesting
question. If a potential winner from Canada can not be contacted and the skill test
administered within three (3) days of notification or the question is not correctly answered, the
prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. No substitution or transfer
of prize by winner permitted. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold IHG, its respective
directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability
arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or
claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.
Participation and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the IHG to use winners’ names
and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a
winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. IHG employees who participate in this promotion agree to
release, discharge and hold harmless IHG, its respective directors, officers, employees and
assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this
promotion, employees agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions
AVAILABLE PRIZES, APPROX. RETAIL VALUES AND APPROX. ODDS OF WINNING: Each
region will award 3 winners per week (42 total) a weekly top bookings prize of 25,000 PCR points.
Each region will award three top prizes for the most cumulative bookings – (1) Grand prize of 1
million PCR points, (1) second prize of 500 thousand PCR points and (1) third prize of 250
thousand PCR points. Each region will also award (1) Grand Prize Drawing winner of 1 million
PCR points.
If there is a tie for any of the weekly winner prizes or the program cumulative prizes, time of the
reservation will be used to break the tie and the winner will be selected based being the first to
achieve the tie number of bookings.
Actual odds of winning any Prize will depend on total number of eligible entries received by the
end of the Entry Period. No transfers, substitutions, or cash equivalent of prizes permitted by
winners Prizes consist only of those items specifically listed as the prize. Points are subject to all
Priority Club Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions. Points may not be converted to Miles
for Priority Club Rewards members. Points have no value until redeemed and may not be
converted to cash, sold, or bartered. Any malicious or fraudulent manipulation associated with
this promotion by a corporate member of IHG will result in appropriate administrative/disciplinary
action up to and including termination. Any fraudulent or malicious activity associated with this
promotion that results in any form of loss to IHG will be referred to the appropriate legal authority
for judicial resolution.
