This section lists foundries approved by Lloyd’s <strong>Register</strong> Group for the manufacture <strong>of</strong><br />
copper alloy castings for propellers in accordance with the requirements <strong>of</strong> LR's Rules and<br />
Regulations for the Classification <strong>of</strong> Ships Part 2, Chapter 9.<br />
The information listed for each foundry is a summary and gives the alloy grades and<br />
maximum casting weight approved.<br />
Where required further information should be obtained from the current certificate <strong>of</strong><br />
approval issued to the manufacturer by LR.<br />
Approval only covers the manufacturing location listed, it does not extend to other<br />
foundries owned by the same company.<br />
The local LR surveying <strong>of</strong>fice is also listed.<br />
