1. The Malt
The malt is responsible for
the color, the strength, and
the taste of the beer. It is also
called the soul of the beer.
4. The Lauter Tun
To separate the mash from
the un-needed product to
keep the wort.
7. The Bottling
This ‘young beer’ is then
bottled and kegged as
fresh as it came.

2. The Gristall
Where the barely and
wheat malt is ground.
5. The Wort Pan
To cook the wort while adding the hops.
The liquid is reduced to the extract that
is needed and the bitterness of the hops
comes out. Hops also preseves the beer
and gives it a stable head.
8. Maturation
The bottles and kegs are stored
under controlled conditions to
allow the young beer to mature
and gain the desired aroma.
3. The Mashmill
The gristed malt is mixed with
brewing water to become mash.
It is heated up in various steps
to gain malt sugar which can
later be fermented.
6. Fermentation
The fermentation process
to let the yeast live and
the flavors develop.

Beer has won the Le Monde
Selection Gold medal last year
(2011) in Brussels. Quality
is controlled by a German
brewmaster using German and
Czech hops and malt which
ultimately gives these beers
a superb pilsner, a dark zesty
flavor and a refreshing finish.
