In all prices in our catalogue, the German V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) is
included.All goods are invoiced in EURO currency. Price changes reserved.
The German Tobacco Tax Act stipulates that all tobacco products be charged
with the exact price printed in the attached tax stamp. Thus possible price
changes by the manufacturers/importers during our catalogues one-year term
become valid immediately and without notice. In case of price raises of more
than 10% we will inform you before carrying out your order.
Descriptions of pipe tobaccos, cigars and spirits were written according to
manufacturer’s/importer’s information. Changes due to technical conditions
of production are reserved with all goods in the catalogue.
With your order, you enter into a binding contract with DAN PIPE. With
orders given in our online shop, the receipt of your order with all data entered
will be acknowledgeded by e-mail. This statement does not mean a binding
acceptance of your order from our side.
All data given to us by our clients will be treated confidentially.
All goods will be sent by Premium Parcel Post exclusivley by DHL.
For all orders to a delivery adress inside of Germany the minimum order
value is at 30,- EURO. With orders of 60,- EURO value and above we will
deliver postage paid. With orders of less than 60,- EURO value we will charge
you an extra postage fee of 4,00 EURO.
Part deliveries for justified reasons reserved, we will not charged extra postage
with deliveries inside of Germany.
First orders are only carried out for advance payment. Payment is requested
preferably by credit card or direct debiting ( the latter only from bank accounts
inside Germany). Otherwise the goods ordered will be sent COD (cash on
delivery - only inside of Germany). The COD extra charge of 2,00 EURO at
present is not included in our invoice and will be cashed by the postman.To
avoid false entries, please abstain from advance money transfers.
In case you are a customer of DAN PIPE already, you can pay after having
received goods and our enclosed invoice. Please enter the invoice number
and your customer’s number in your money transfer form.
With collective orders of 130,- EURO value and above we will grant you a
commision of 5% to honour your efforts with collecting and distributing the
order, provided your order is marked „Sammelbestellung“. As the German
Tobacco Tax Act prohibits any price reduction with tobacco products, all
pipe tobaccos and cigars will be excluded from our commision calculation.

IMPRESSUM
A minimum value of 60,- EURO is required for deliveries to countries outside
Germany. All postage fees will be fully charged to the customer’s account.
Please observe your home country’s import regulations (for example:
commercial deliveries of tobacco into Austria as well as all imports private
or commercial of Cuban cigars or tobaccos into the U.S.A are prohibited).
For customers outside of Germany, payment is required in advance, preferably
by credit card (AMEXCO, DINERS, MASTERCARD and VISA accepted).
Name your credit card company, card number and date of expiry plus the
additional security number (3 figures with Diners, Master and Visa, 4 figures
with Amexco). Otherwise we will send you an advance invoice to be paid by
bank transfer. Goods will be shipped after receipt of your payment on one of
our bank accounts. All money transfer charges must be payed by the customer.
This mode must be distinctly marked in your money transfer form.
We do not ship COD (cash on delivery) to countries outside of Germany. We
cannot accept payment by direct debiting fromcountries outside of Germany.
With deliveries into countries within the European Community we charge
the full German V.A.T included in our catalogue prices. With deliveries into
countries outside of the European Community the German V.A.T. will be
extracted from our prices.
All goods shipped remain the property of DAN PIPE until fully paid. At the
receipt and acceptance of the goods all risks devolve upon the customer.
Place of fulfillment is Lauenburg/Germany.
Within 30 days after their receipt, goods can be returned or exchanged if not
satisfied, provided that pipes have not been smoked, that tobacco or cigar
containers remain unopened with the tax sealing stamps unbroken and that
and bottles of spirits remain unopened. Goods specially made to customer’s
demands cannot be changed, the same goes for hobby briar blocks that have
already been worked by the customer (briar is a natural grown material that
cannot be guaranteed against flaws appearing in the course of your working).
Please, take care to send return parcels post paid - unfranked parcels will cause
us high extra charges. In case of returns due to legitimate complaints such as
material or manufacturing defects we will fully refund your postage expense.
When returning goods to DAN PIPE, the customer will have to pay all postage
charges provided that the goods’s value is below 40,00 EURO or, if the
goods’ value is above 40,00 EURO, the customers has not yet for the goods
he has received. Otherwise the return is free of charge.
In cases of the return of goods, please do not reduce the amount of our invoice
independently, but wait for receipt of our corrected invoice or credit entry.
