has to be formed. ACCIONA Agua cooperates with engineering and construction companies that have know
how in constructing on the state ( obtaining permits, licenses, knowledge of the state laws, etc.)
PAST AND CURRENT RELATIONSHIPS IN USA
- ACCIONA Agua currently has a joint venture with American Water for studying together and separately
all the desalination projects that can be an interesting opportunity in the USA.
- ACCIONA Agua was awarded the long term design-build upgrade and the operations and maintenance
contract for the largest desalination plant in the USA (Tampa Bay Desalination Plant, Florida, USA).
- ACCIONA Agua is one of the three companies pre-qualified for the Hialeah Reverse Osmosis Water
Treatment Plant Design-Build-Operate Project in Florida, USA.
- ACCIONA Agua has developed the reverse osmosis desalination pilot plant in Monterrey, California,
USA.
- ACCIONA Agua has been actively participating in the water desalination plant project in Carlsbad,
California, USA.
