Raleigh encourages Venturers and Volunteer Managers from all walks of life.
Expedition 09A has hosted volunteers from Costa Rica, Nicaragua, The UK, The
Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland,
Canada, The USA and Belgium.
Working in a culturally diverse team is integral to the Raleigh experience. The
unique qualities and experience brought by each and every one of you is crucial
in making the expedition a success. You have helped to make this expedition
amazing.
Host Country Venturers
Raleigh considers the participation of young people from Costa Rica and
Nicaragua crucial to the success of our expeditions.

Partnership Venturers
These venturers are positive young people from disadvantaged backgrounds
in the UK who participate on a Raleigh expedition as part of a longer term
development programme.

UK and International Fundraising Venturers
Fundraising Venturers work hard to raise money to contribute towards the
charity’s work and expenses in order to take part in the expedition.
Volunteer Managers
Each year over 300 Volunteer Managers join Raleigh expeditions in a variety of
roles. They play an integral part in the running of these expeditions, helping to
make a difference to the lives of young people and local communities.

Raleigh hace un llamado a voluntarios y guías de todas las profesiones y
condiciones sociales para que formen parte de este programa. La Expedición 09A
recibió voluntarios de Costa Rica, Nicaragua, el Reino Unido, los Países Bajos,
Nueva Zelanda, Australia, Suecia, Alemania, Hong Kong, Irlanda, Canadá, los
Estados Unidos y Bélgica.

Guías Voluntarios
Cada año recibimos más de 300 guías voluntarios para un sin fin de roles basados
tanto en las diferentes áreas de proyectos como en la oficina central, y los cuales
no sólo ayudan en la realización de estas expediciones sino que también marcan
una gran diferencia en la vida de jóvenes y comunidades.
