EXECUTIVE SUMMARY<br />
This research highlights the importance of physical activity and proper use<br />
of leisure time, a practice that is characterized by several factors, including<br />
the type of motivation from family and teachers, physical activity essential<br />
for the harmonious growth and healthy adolescent, is being replaced by<br />
sedentary television or electronic games, rest or activity that does not<br />
demand any effort; situations in which the research process is identified to<br />
be losing habits of leisure and recreation with the participation of the<br />
family, actually characterizes youth and adolescents particularly second<br />
and third year of high school in the Experimental Education Unit Teodoro<br />
Gómez de la Torre, a situation that leads to young people to get involved<br />
in activities harmful to their emotional state, health and learning conditions.<br />
The research was carried out following a methodological process whose<br />
design allowed collect scientific information and field, which was identified<br />
with the reality on the problem, the method used in this research is<br />
inductive, deductive, analytic-synthetic. In addition, the survey technique<br />
used as an instrument of data collection, the results of the research<br />
concluded that students are not motivated by physical activity in leisure<br />
time prefer other activities categorized as sedentary, why, both teachers<br />
and students welcomed this proposal favorably, whose structure ensures<br />
optimum results in reaching the learning and teaching process in particular<br />
motivations for integrating family, and college students, in shaping<br />
strategies for forming healthy habits and family identity, principles on<br />
which is based the current curriculum reform, regulated by the Rules of the<br />
Intercultural Education Act.<br />
