they can decorate to coordinate with the<br />
book theme. Children can pull out the<br />
items over and over again and retell or<br />
expand the story in a fun way.<br />
■ In a brown lunch bag, place a book, along<br />
with a yummy snack, for the child to enjoy<br />
away from home.<br />
■ Have children swap a favorite book with<br />
another child in their class or neighborhood.<br />
