<strong>Registro</strong> <strong>de</strong> Oportunida<strong>de</strong>s<br />

Objetivo: Po<strong>de</strong>r registrar, dar seguimiento y manejar sus<br />

oportunida<strong>de</strong>s. Hay 2 maneras <strong>de</strong> registrar:<br />

Preferred Partner: Es el partner que registra una<br />

oportunidad primero, fue aprobado por Avaya y por tanto,<br />

es el único partner elegible para los beneficios <strong>de</strong>l<br />

programa <strong>de</strong> <strong>Registro</strong> <strong>de</strong> Oportunida<strong>de</strong>s.<br />

Registered Partner: Es un partner que ha registrado una<br />

oportunidad que ya ha sido registrada por otro partner o<br />

asociado <strong>de</strong> Avaya y no es elegible para beneficios <strong>de</strong><br />

<strong>Registro</strong> <strong>de</strong> Oportunida<strong>de</strong>s. Recibirá el apoyo <strong>de</strong> su CAM<br />

(Channel Account Manager) para esa oportunidad.<br />

I<strong>de</strong>ntificar un prospecto <strong>de</strong> Oportunidad<br />

Ingresar a PRM Partner. <strong>Salesforce</strong><br />

– https://login.salesforce.com/<br />

Seleccionar una cuenta (cliente) o crear una nueva.<br />

I<strong>de</strong>ntificar si hay Multi- Site<br />

Enviar a aprobación<br />

Notificación <strong>de</strong> envio<br />

Avaya <strong>de</strong>termina la aprobación<br />

Notificación <strong>de</strong> aprobación<br />

Debemos registrar oportunida<strong>de</strong>s a traves <strong>de</strong> la pagina <strong>de</strong> <strong>Salesforce</strong><br />

El primer partner que registre una nueva oportunidad y esta sea<br />

aprobada por Avaya se califica como "Preferred Partner" y será<br />

elegible para el programa <strong>de</strong> incentivos <strong>de</strong> esta oportunidad y el<br />

apoyo <strong>de</strong> prioridad <strong>de</strong> Avaya por el Account Manager. Todos los<br />

<strong>de</strong>más socios <strong>de</strong> la misma oportunidad serán consi<strong>de</strong>rados una<br />

“Registered partner" y recibirán el apoyo <strong>de</strong> su Channel Account<br />

Manager<br />

Release 2, Los partners no tendran visibilidad <strong>de</strong>l ciclo <strong>de</strong> la<br />

oportunidad. (12-Oct-09) Es importante la comunicación con los AM´s<br />

y el CAM.<br />

Todas las cuentas tienen un Account Manager (AM) asignado y todos<br />

los Partners tienen un Channel Account Manager (CAM) asignado.<br />
