QUE ES UN SAT ?• Es un sistema o procedimiento diseñado paraadvertir con la debida anticipación de un riesgopotencial o un problema inminente a la población,con el fin de proteger la vida y la propiedad.OBJETIVOS DE UN SAT: Alertar a la población con TIEMPO ANTICIPADO suficiente para unaREACCION ADECUADA, en caso de que un fenómeno natural deproporciones tales pueda causarles daños personales y materiales.
