Áreas del parque
Espacios comunes
Para el desarrollo de las actividades y servicios comunes del
Parque, se destinan total aproximado de 4 ½ hectáreas, donde se
ubican los siguientes sectores:
ACCESO: Portal de acceso y control de entrada y salida, con
cabina a tal fin.
EDIFICIO PRINCIPAL: En él se alojarán las actividades de
Administración, Pre-incubación de Empresas, Capacitación y
el espacio destinado al Instituto Nacional de Tecnología
Industrial INTI, el cual contará con un área de Laboratorios.
AREA COMERCIAL: Se ubicarán allí locales comerciales
organizados en dos sectores: pequeños locales organizados
en torno a una galería, y grandes naves comerciales. Ambos
sectores estarán destinados a proveedores de insumos,
equipamientos, herramientas y servicios a las industrias
instaladas en el Parque.
SALON DE EXPOSICIONES. Espacio adecuado para la
exposición y presentación de productos de las industrias
radicadas en el Parque.
CUARTEL DE BOMBEROS Y CENTRO DE SALUD: Se prevé
la construcción de un edificio que albergue los servicios de
bomberos, y atención de primeros auxilios, a fin de garantizar
las condiciones de seguridad para el personal y los bienes que
se encuentren en el predio del Parque.
CINTURON BIOAMBIENTAL: El predio del Parque Industrial
contará con un cinturón verde perimetral de ancho variable,
forestado en tresbolillo con especies seleccionadas para
formar una barrera acústica y visual, contribuyendo a la
disminución del impacto en el entorno inmediato.
AREA DE EXPANSION Y RECREACION: Se encontrará
ubicada sobre la costa del rio Paraná, destinada a la
recreación del personal.
Common areas
To develop common activities and park services, intended for 4
½ hectares where industries are located following approximate

SHOWROOM: Adequate space for the display and
presentation products of industries located in the park.
FIRE HEADQUARTERS AND HEALTH CENTER: the
construction of a building to house the fire service and first aid
care is expected to ensure the security for staff and assets
located within the boundaries of park.
Bioenvironmental BELT: The land of the Industrial Park will
have a perimeter greenbelt of variable width in forested
selected to be staggered with an audible and visual barrier ,
helping to decrease the impact on the immediate
environment species.
EXPANSION AND RECREATION AREA: It will be located on
the coast of the Paraná river , for the recreation staff of the
companies.
