Modalidades de otorgamiento
Los lotes del Parque Industrial Posadas destinados a la instalación
de plantas industriales se pueden otorgar en las siguientes
modalidades:

Lots of Posadas Industrial Park for the installation of industrial

A
Permiso de ocupación o comodato, transitorios: Como
condición transitoria, cuando se haya acordado la modalidad
de venta, hasta que la industria esté en condiciones de cumplir
las condiciones establecidas para la transferencia de dominio.

Venta: Con otorgamiento de dominio posterior al comodato
transitorio. Únicamente cuando se hayan realizado al menos
las dos terceras partes de la inversión necesarias para iniciar
la producción, con suficientes garantías de culminación del
proyecto.

Comodato regular: Como modalidad cuando por las
condiciones de la empresa o del proyecto, se acordara no

realizará con las condiciones y por el plazo que el Directorio del
Parque Industrial Posadas S.A.P.E.M. entienda conveniente,
atendiendo a los objetivos del Parque y a las características del
proyecto planteado.
