Los habitantes originales de la actual Angola<br />
fueron cazadores y recolectores, hablaban<br />
la lengua khoisan, poco numerosos y<br />
bastante dispersos. Con la expansión de los<br />
pueblos bantú, que alcanzaran al actual<br />
territorio de Angola a partir del año 1000,<br />
fueron absorbidos por estos o se<br />
dispersaron en dirección al sur.<br />

El caruru es un guiso de gombo y gambas que<br />
