En Diciembre de 2009 Aernnova y Eurocopter firmaron un
contrato para la fabricación Build to Print de la Estructura
inferior y el Tailcone del Super Puma. Como parte del
contrato se incluye la actualización y reindustrialización, por
parte de Aernnova, de los medios productivos existentes.
El contrato contempla la fabricación de 150 aeronaves La
planificación del programa sitúa las primeras entregas de
subconjuntos por parte de Aernnova en Marzo del 2010, y
la transferencia final de los medios productivos para la
integración de las subestructuras en diciembre del 2010.
Otros hitos destacables del año 2009, dentro de la actividad
de Composites, son: el contrato con Eurocopter para el
NH90, correspondiente a la fabricación de piezas composites
del Fuselaje Delantero, la participación en UAV’s de EADS
(Ala Neuron y Atlante) y la fabricación del Demostrador del
Cajón Central del C-Series, desarrollando la tecnología de
cocurado de rigidizadores.
También en el 2009 Componentes Metálicos consiguió
un pedido de Vought para su fabricación y montaje de
componentes del helicóptero Blackhawk en las
instalaciones de México.
Dentro de las actividades de Ingeniería de Producto, y en
lo que se refiere al desarrollo de A350XWB de Airbus,
durante el 2009 se desarrolló la Joint Definition Phase (JDP)
del Estabilizador Horizontal (HTP) y del Timón de Profundidad
(Elevador) del Airbus A350 en las instalaciones de Airbus
España (A-E) en Getafe, participando un amplio equipo de
AES. De igual forma, AES también participó en la JDP del
mamparo de presión del MLGB en Toulouse junto a EADS-
Sogerma y Airbus Francia.
La Preliminary Design Review (PDR) del HTP y Elevador se
celebró con éxito en marzo 2009, siendo el primer socio a
In December 2009, Aernnova and Eurocopter signed a Build
to Print contract to manufacture the lower structure and the
tail-cone for the Super Puma. The contract included a
commitment by Aernnova to update and re-industrialise the
existing methods of production.
The contract covers the manufacturing of 150 aircraft. The
programme schedules Aernnova's first deliveries of subsets
in March 2010 and the final transfer of the methods of
production for the integration of substructures by December
2010.
Other key events in 2009 in the composites business,
included: the NH90 contract with Eurocopter for the
manufacturing of the composite parts for the front fuselage,
participation in EADS UAV's (Atlante and Neuron wing) and
the manufacturing of the central box demonstrator for the
C-series, developing technology for co-curing stringers to
skins.
Also in 2009, Metal Components received an order from
Vought for the manufacturing and assembly of components
for its Blackhawk helicopter in the Mexico facilities.
The Product Engineering activities include the development
of the Airbus A350 XWB. During 2009, the company worked
on the joint definition phase (JDP) for the horizontal stabilizer
and the elevator for the Airbus A350 XWB in the Airbus
Spain (A-E) facilities in Getafe, with a large AES team
participating. AES also participated in the JDP for the MLGB
bulkhead in Toulouse, along with Sogerma and Airbus France.
The PDR for the horizontal stabiliser and elevator was carried
out successfully in March 2009. Aernnova was the first Airbus
Spanish risk-sharing partner (RSP) to do so. All the A350
structures in composite materials are being designed and
analysed according to Airbus standards and complying with
weight and maintainability requirements.
