presencia en México, se reunió con sus clientes
mexicanos, en la ciudad de Guadalajara, Jalisco
durante el marco de la edición 33 de Expo RUJAC

manufacturing of piston rings, with 75 years of
presence in Mexico, met with its Mexican clients,
in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco during the
week of the 33rd edition of Expo RUJAC.
Con la firme intención de conocer los requerimientos
específicos de sus clientes y de compartir las últimas
novedades de la marca, Hastings se reunió con
importantes empresas del sector como: Refaccionaria Mario
Garcia, Frenos Hidráulicos, Prasa, DAPESA, refaccionaria
Avalos y Automotriz Cruz.
La reunión precedida por José Segovia, Director de
Desarrollo de Negocios para América Latina comenzó
con una presentación muy completa sobre la historia de
Hastings a lo largo de sus 102 años de existencia. Durante
este punto se destacaron los momentos más importantes
de la empresa desde su fundación en 1915 en la ciudad de
Hastings, Michigan.
Posteriormente se habló acerca de la evolución en los
procesos de fabricación de anillos ya que anteriormente las
dimensiones de estos eran demasiado grandes y con el paso
del tiempo se fueron mejorando hasta obtener anillos de
hasta 0.8 milímetros de espesor.

The meeting held by José Segovia, Director of Business
