a16 A M P I I N F O R M A A mediados del mes de marzo, se llevó a cabo el 1er Foro Inmobiliario <strong>2018</strong>, titulado “Perspectivas del Turismo de Bajo Impacto para el Desarrollo Inmobiliario en la Región Sur de Quintana Roo”, en el Centro Internacional de Negocios de la Ciudad de Chetumal. Inaugurado por el gobernador del estado, Carlos Joaquín González, el principal objetivo del evento fue contribuir a promover el desarrollo económico y sustentable AM PIIN de la zona sur del estado, a partir de la actividad turística de bajo impacto. Para ello, en el marco del foro y durante tres días, se ofrecieron conferencias magistrales y un panel de trabajo, donde los esfuerzos estuvieron encaminados hacia el diseño de un plan estratégico para mitigar la desigualdad entre el norte y el sur. Así, se hizo énfasis en la diversificación productiva y en la detonación del desarrollo inmobiliario en la región sur, mediante la creación de proyectos de integración turística estratégica y la priorización de la certeza jurídica, transparencia y combate a la corrupción en las transacciones inmobiliarias que se realizan dentro del territorio estatal. Lo anterior, atendiendo la posibilidad de una oferta alternativa real, atractiva y competitiva, con proyectos orientados hacia un turismo de alto poder adquisitivo, sustentable y de bajo impacto, que aproveche la riqueza natural y cultural de la zona. Durante el foro, se abarcaron los siguientes temas, entre otros: “Estrategias del gobierno de Quintana Roo para detonar el desarrollo inmobiliario turístico de los municipios de la zona sur”, “Políticas públicas en materia hacendaria para promover las inversiones inmobiliarias en el sur de la región de Quintana Roo”, “Rompe paradigmas en bienes raíces”, “Proyectos detonadores del desarrollo turístico de la región”, “Aspectos legales en relación al desarrollo de la actividad turística inmobiliaria”, “Tipos de desarrollo inmobiliario” y “La importancia de la labor profesional del agente inmobiliario o profesionalización de los agentes inmobiliarios”. La Asociación Mexicana de Profesionistas Inmobiliarios (AMPI) y Caribe Maya Chetumal A.C., en coordinación con el Fideicomiso Grand Costa Maya, organizaron esta iniciativa que se espera sea la primera de muchas más encaminadas a detonar la actividad turística en la región sur del estado. The first Real Estate Forum was held mid-March <strong>2018</strong> at Chetumal’s International Business Center; under the title “Low Impact Tourism Perspectives for Real Estate Development in South Quintana Roo”. Inaugurated by the state’s governor, Carlos Joaquin Gonzalez, the main goal of the forum was to contribute in fostering the economic development of the southern part of the state in sustainable ways, by means of low-impact tourism activity. To this end, keynote sessions and a work panel were offered within the forum’s three days, wherein efforts were directed towards the design of a strategy to mitigate the inequality between north and south Quintana Roo. Productive diversification and the boosting of real estate development in the south region were focused on, expected to result from the creation of strategic tourism integration projects and the prioritization of legal certainty, openness of information, and fighting corruption in real estate transactions carried out within state territory. All of this taking into account the possibility of a solid, attractive and competitive supply of projects targeted at high purchasing power, sustainable, and low-impact tourism, benefitting from the area’s natural and cultural wealth. These are some of the topics addressed in the forum: “Strategies of the Quintana Roo Government to Boost the Tourism Real Estate Development in Southern Municipalities”, “Public Policy in Treasury Matters to Promote Real Estate Investment in South Quintana Roo”, “Transcending Real Estate Paradigms”, “Projects to Boost Regional Tourism Development”, “Matters of Law and the Development of Real Estate Tourism Activities”, “Types of Real Estate Development”, and “The Importance of Professional Realtors or the Professionalization of Real Estate Agents”. This initiative was set in motion by the Mexican Association of Realtors (AMPI) and Caribe Maya Chetumal, working together with Grand Costa Maya Trust, in the hope that it becomes the first of many efforts aimed at boosting tourism activity in the state’s southern region.
