Resumen
El objetivo general de la presente investigación fue probar la
relación entre el liderazgo (conductual y actitudinal) y la motivación
al logro en estudiantes universitarios del Estado de
México. Para ello, se aplicaron los instrumentos a 120 estudiantes
universitarios de tres diferentes universidades del Estado
de México; de ellos 60% eran mujeres (n=72) y el 36.7%
hombres (n=44), de entre 17 y 40 años de edad (M=19.72,
DE=2.507). El tipo de muestreo fue no probabilístico e incidental,
ya que no se buscaba la representatividad de los datos.
Summary
The general objective of the present investigation was to
prove the relationship between leadership (behavioral and
attitudinal) and motivation to achieve in university students of
the State of Mexico. To this end, the instruments were applied to
120 university students from three different universities of the
State of Mexico; of these, 60% were women (n=72) and 36.7%
were men (n=44), between 17 and 40 years of age (M=19.72,
SD=2.507). The type of sampling was non-probabilistic and
incidental, since the representativeness of the data was not
