Brazilian Society of <strong>Oil</strong>s and Fats (SBOG) www.oleosegorduras.org.br Brazilian Society of <strong>Oil</strong>s and Fats (Socieda<strong>de</strong> Brasileira <strong>de</strong> Óleos e Gorduras– SBOG) is a nonprofi t organization foun<strong>de</strong>d on September 20,1993, in Campinas, São Paulo. Its main activities are the organization, promotion, and participation in national and international technical and scientifi c meetings and conferences of relevance on the subjects of oils, fats, and their <strong>de</strong>rivatives and products.
