Mise en œuvre d’un virage inférieur à 90°

Utilisation d’élément de virage ref. AN716 pour
la réalisation d’angles variant de 15° à 90°.
La réalisation d’angles inférieurs à 90°, peut se
faire simplement en adaptant la longueur du tube
de virage en fonction de l’angle.
Mise en œuvre :
Mesurer avec un compas le rayon de coupe (R)
selon le tableau ci-contre. Rapporter la mesure sur
le tube de virage à partir d’une extrémité. Couper
le tube à la longueur obtenue. Pour un meilleur
ajustement du tube sur la pièce intermédiaire,
chanfreiner l’extrémité recoupée du tube avec une
meule carotte.
Attention : Lors du positionnement des pièces
d’ancrage intermédiaires vérifier la résistance des
chevilles en tenant compte des éventuels
coefficients de réduction.

Realisation of angles under 90 O
can be done only
by adapting the length of the bend pipe in relation
to the angle.
Practical Application :
Measure up with a compass the radius according
to the drawing right. Apply that measure on the
pipe round the bend from one end.
Cut the pipe at the measured length, for a better
fit of the pipe on the intermediate part, it must be
ensured that all edges both external and internal
are ground to a smooth finish.
Warning : When putting together the middle
anchorage parts check the toughness of the
dowels and take into account the possible
coefficients of reduction.
